Running runny nose...

It's such a nice weather to curl up in bed, but having fever, sorethroat and blocked nose made sleeping hard...

Anyways this will cheer up my mon blues

Recently have been overwhelmed by work matters.

But I realize today that nothing makes me more happy than seeing tintin's playful grins when sharing one cup of kfc's yoghurt together...

Guess this is what being a mum is all about :)

Baby JT nearly 2yr3mth

Bb JT is nearly 2yr3mths. Wow, how time really flies!

Today he picked up home phone by himself and had a decent phone chat with me! I'm a proud mama!

Need to constantly remind myself to be thankful for these little things in life, esp this little thing (pun included), it is what really matters :)

Public transport

It's been ages since I've taken the mrt. 

Lucky it is not very crowded today. 

There's always a first in ones life. Most impt is to take the first step out. Be brave and conquer the world!

Can't help but feel sad that u have to go...

U have been with my fam through ups and downs, u have seen our best as well as our worst.

For me, u have been me fm young single happy fresh grad to blissfully attached to marriage and eventually to a mum.

Last 3 years u were esp good to me, making sure my ride fm small belly to big belly to eventually baby seat is always a safe ride. 

My dearest streamie, I'll miss u....

Yet another weekend

Sat was good, we went to the new robinsons at heeren! Very suaku nowadays as with Toddler JT ard, I've hardly been to orchard, erm less than 10 times since he was born, grinz

Robinson heeren was a good shopping experience, for a while I thought I was overseas (Europe or Aussie). Everything seems class, I like! Dinner was at the jap restaurant at b1, though it's quite ex, the quality's pretty good. Jt loves his udon (as usual). After dinner, we bought towels and JT's those the train. Ended with ice cream fm b1 b4 gg home.

Sun brought JT to his weekend sch at happy train. Happy that JT's improving. Then again I'm always stressed on Sundays cos I'm really nervous whether he's gg to have meltdown at class. The other kids are very obedient and smart, haha

After class went bugis walk walk (sth for me and JT  to look forward to after a stressful class). Tried miam miam, some jap-French fusion food. Sad to say, both the miam miam signature pasta and cookies cream parfait was a let down, doubt will return anytime soon.

Afternoon I was having terrible headache and sorethroat, guess its the weather. Feeling grumpy. Then again, it could be pre-mon blues...was feeling melancholy, kept wondering where the young cheerful me went to. Nowadays I'm easily irritated, coupled with weak immune/fall sick easily plus a tantrumy toddler...does having a kid change one so much?? Sighs. Guess this is what mid-life crisis is about, I need to snap out of it asap.

Guess its time to read my talisman (desiderata), hope it will calm my mind...

Taka moon cake shopping!!

Really happy to have chance to shop for moon cakes during lunch!

Memorable moon class during tasting:

1) Sheraton champaign truffle

2) the regent: Apple smith snow skin

3) peony jade: pear snowskin and Mao Shan wang snowskin 

4) mandarin oriental: lychee martins snowskin

5) some Japanese brand: chestnut trad mooncake and cute rabbit biscuits

Erm also tried TWG moon cakes but not to my palette, maybe angmohs will like. 

To conclude, I had an Enjoyable lunch time shopping!
